Hello! I’m Tracy, the face behind Zihmer Law Firm. My work revolves around Estates and Trusts, with a special focus on Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Administration. Before launching my firm, I’ve had the privilege of working with various law firms in and around Pittsburgh, earning experience and insight in estate planning and corporate groups.

I genuinely love working hand-in-hand with my clients, molding plans that are tailored just for them. Whether it's drafting a will, creating a healthcare declaration, or setting up a trust, I’m here to ensure every detail reflects your needs and wishes. My goal? To offer you peace of mind during life's more challenging phases. 

In addition to my passion for estates and trusts, I enjoy guiding small to mid-sized businesses. From the inception of a business idea to planning the next steps for growth, I’m here to ensure your business is legally sound. This includes drafting important documents, assisting in the purchase or sale of a business, and strategizing business succession. My experience in estate planning integrates seamlessly with business planning, providing a holistic approach to meet your goals.

I’m a proud magna cum laude graduate of West Virginia University and Duquesne University School of Law, and a published member of the Duquesne Law Review. But beyond my academic accolades, my roots are deeply embedded in Western Pennsylvania, where I grew up and currently live with my husband Andrew, our kids Madelyn and Owen, and our two dogs, Maverick and Charlie.

My office is nestled in McMurray, PA, a convenient location on the Allegheny County and Washington County border, perfect for folks from either area looking for legal guidance.

When I’m not immersed in legal endeavors, I’m probably exploring the great outdoors in an RV with my family, enjoying a day at the playground with my children, or unwinding with a good movie.
